Low-Budget Screenplay Wanted

I am looking to option a feature-length script set in Los Angeles that can be produced on a very low-budget (below $100,000).

The ideal script should be heavily character-driven and genre is not as important as the quality of the story (e.g. I'd prefer an interesting romantic comedy over another bad horror movie).

The writer should be willing and interested in developing the script alongside the director.

Compensation: Seeking 1 year option on script for negotiated price against 5% of final production budget plus negotiated gross participation
