Small production company looking for a low budget screenplay.

NOT looking for violent hacker/slasher type screenplay.

Keep special effects to a minimum.

Will accept violence if it is not hacker/slasher type.

No nudity.

75 to 90 pages long.

Max 4 to 5 locations.

Max 10 actors/actresses.

No city locations - must be rural locations (to keep low budget).

Will accept a treatment and will work with screenwriter on drafts.

Screenwriter will get credits and a percentage of the profits.
